These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VidScout ("VidScout," "we," "us," or "our"), a software-as-a-service platform operated by eco sal su at https://www.vidscout.app (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VidScout is operated by eco sal su, which is the legal business operating the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and eco sal su regarding your use of VidScout.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.
VidScout provides tools to search, analyze, and visualize YouTube-related data and related insights. Features, limits, and availability may vary by plan, region, or product updates. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
The Service may rely on third-party platforms and APIs (including Google/YouTube APIs). Your use of such data is also subject to applicable third-party terms and policies. We do not control YouTube or other third parties and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct.

Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the pricing presented at checkout or in your account. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of access.
As between you and VidScout, we retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, branding, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. Output you lawfully generate from your own queries may be used in accordance with these Terms and applicable third-party rules.
If you submit content to us (e.g., feedback, support requests), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Service, without obligation to you except as required by law or as stated in our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VIDSCOUT, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VidScout and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise. Courts in Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to non-waivable rights you may have in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on the Service and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
